User Policy

NB: By signing up to one of our hosting plans you agree with our user policy.

Domain information

Domain names must consist of alpha characters, numeric characters, or the minus sign '-'. Other characters are not accepted. Domain names are not case sensitive. Do not enter 'www' in front of the domain name.

You must enter a domain name here, even if you already have a domain registered. The domain name is needed in order to set it up on our servers. We can host domains from any country as well as .tv, .cc etc. A domain which ends with .com, .net, .org, .info, .name, .us, and .biz can be registered automatically.

Domain registration and modifications for other countries' domains need to done by contacting the registrar in the respective country.

Choose a user login name. The user name must start with alpha characters and consist of alpha characters, numeric characters, the minus sign '-' or underline '_'. Alpha characters must be in lower case. The length of "User Name" cannot be more than 8 characters. This user name will be used to login to your hosting account on our servers.
